The following terms and conditions apply to all SRSM training courses;
1. Securing a place on a course – to secure enrolment, an organisation or individual must;
a. Pay the nominated course fee on enrolment or prior to commencement of the course
2. Substituting another person on the course
a. An organisation or individual can substitute another participant prior to the course commencement date should the nominated person be unable to attend at no additional cost, as long as notification is provided in writing via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. prior to the commencement of the course including an enrolment form for the individual being substituted
3. Transferring to another course
a. SRSM will accept up to two transfer request for a participant
b. Transfer requests must be received within 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course
4. Cancellations/withdrawals
a. SRSM reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course to an alternative date. All enrolled participants affected by such change will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available course or receive a full refund
b. If a participant fails to attend their enrolled course a cancellation fee of $50 + GST will be incurred by the participant or organisation
